The 340B Pharmacy Analyst will compile and assess financial data across the pharmacy enterprise to support strategic service line growth and development.  Assists pharmacy leadership in managing 340B Drug Discount Program through regular compliance auditing, provider list updates, and software management. Duties include: Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine system functional specifications. Maintain accurate records, through multiple databases, which assess programmatic outcomes. Routinely communicate program results to the customers/clients and CPS management.  Troubleshoot applications as needed. Policy and procedure development, Education and training, Self audits, Program enhancement/optimization, and Reporting.  May also perform backup Pharmacy Technician duties as required in very rare instances.

• HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, or related field or a combination of education and experience is preferred
• Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician license, CPht credentials preferred
• Previous Pharmacy Technician 340B work experience
• Previous Pharmacy Buyer experience
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in database management, MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Access
• Understanding of billing and reimbursement cycles
• 340B regulatory and 340B administrative software experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of confidentiality of patient records and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside the organization

Additional Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th  
• COVID Vaccine
