The role you’ll contribute:
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager shall support the mission of the department, hospital, and health-system by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction, optimize patient outcome and minimize cost. He/she will perform all functions of a registered pharmacist including accurate and timely dispensing, clinical interaction with the healthcare team, patient teaching, pharmacist and technician supervision.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or other advanced pharmacy degree
- PGY1 & PGY 2 Pharmacy Residency in specialty area consistent with practice needs of institution plus contemporary hospital or specialty experience (3 years), with portfolio documenting sustained contribution to practice OR PGY1 Residency plus specialty practice experience (4 years) consistent with practice needs of institution, with portfolio documenting sustained contribution to practice required OR Clinical pharmacy experience in specialty practice (5 years) in a contemporary hospital setting, with portfolio documenting sustained contribution to practice required
- Leadership experience
- Formal leadership training, supervisory experience, Masters in Pharmacy, or Masters in Business or Health Administration preferred
- Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification
