As a full time exempt, Senior 340B Consultant with the CPS Solutions, LLC you will provide 340B expertise to lead and support CPS’ 340B Solutions consulting engagements and other initiatives.  Working with CPS senior leadership, divisional leadership and other subject matter experts, the Senior Consultant supports ongoing development and execution of division-specific strategies, provides active consultation and functional 340B Solutions team support.  340B Solutions consulting services includes on-site assessment, analysis and reporting of the client’s 340B operations to ensure that legal, regulatory, and operational requirements are met.  Duties of the Senior Consultant may include oversight of the regulatory aspects of the engagement, deliverables and other project management activities. The Senior Consultant, 340B Solutions also assists in the development of internal and external educational content as well as 340B-related tool for both internal and external use.  The Senior Consultant, 340B Solutions, may be called upon to assist with other 340B-related services such as Program compliance and optimization.

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharmacy degree
• Advanced degree preferred
• Current pharmacist  license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years hospital pharmacy leadership and operational experience with oversight responsibility for 340B program or 340B program consulting and auditing experience
• Experience analyzing operations and practices and making recommendations for improvements through written analyses and in-person presentations
• Knowledge of state, and federal laws and regulations related to 340B and associated billing practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, includes MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Expertise with:
  • 340B split billing software 
  • 340B Third Party Administrative software
  • Multiple electronic medical record systems
