Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, is seeking an energetic and motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Medicine Physician Associate (PA) to join our collegial practice in Capitola, CA. We are a diverse multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. What We Offer:

• Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
• Salary Range:
• Nurse Practitioner: $135,026.00 - $151,229.00 DOE
• Physician Assistant: $142,112.00 - $159,165.00 DOE

• 401(k) plan with employer match
• CME allowance of $1,500 annually

• A valid and unrestricted NP or PA license to practice in the State of California
