Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Full Time 1.0 FTE Urologic Physician to join our campus in Everett, Washington to join our Everett expansion in Spring 2025.
- BE/BC by the American Board of Urology
- Fellowship expertise or robotics experience not required but focus in complex stone treatment would be beneficial
- Full-time position in general urology with a focus on the complete spectrum of urologic care
- Possible travel to other Kaiser Permanente clinics in the region (e.g. Bellevue or Seattle)

Kaiser -Everett Medical Center is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $470,374 to $553,382 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $470,374 to $525,713 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.

The City of Everett, population 108,000, is the county seat of Snohomish County, Washington. Located about 25 miles north of Seattle, Everett is a Pacific-Rim city situated on Port Gardner Bay. Home to Everett Marina, the largest public marina on the West Coast, Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field, and the Port of Everett Seaport, the fastest growing commercial export port on the west coast.
