Summary.
Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full time (0.8 FTE) Pulmonologist to join our Everett Medical Center team in Everett, Washington in Spring 2025.
The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in a full range of outpatient pulmonary medicine, encompassing traditional face to face as well as virtual care, with excellent clinical knowledge and procedural skills, a holistic and empathic approach to providing high-value patient care, and a passion for continuous improvement. This position does not currently include a critical care practice component and does not take call.
Everett Medical Center is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $323,338 to $380,398 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $323,338 to $361,378 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.

The City of Everett, population 111,400, is the county seat of Snohomish County, Washington. Located about 25 miles north of Seattle, Everett is a Pacific-Rim city situated on Port Gardner Bay. Home to Everett Marina, the largest public marina on the West Coast, Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field, and the Port of Everett Seaport, the fastest growing commercial export port on the west coast.
