DescriptionSummary:CHRISTUS Specialty Pharmacy is hiring a full-time clinical pharmacist with a focus on rheumatology. The pharmacist will be responsible for the clinical management of patients with rheumatological conditions and will be working on-site in the Beaumont rheumatology clinic. The pharmacist will be responsible for initial and follow-up patient assessments and consultations and for proper documentation in accordance with the pharmacy's policies and procedures and URAC and ACHC standards. The pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate therapy and communicating recommended changes with medical staff.
