All applicants must have, at minimum, a PharmD along with a PGY1 residency in either hospital, ambulatory care, or a similar setting plus additional relevant psychiatric experience outside of residency training. In place of a residency, we may consider those with a Psychiatric Pharmacist Board Certification. A current MD license is preferred but not required to be considered for this role, so long as you are willing and able to obtain licensure prior to beginning new employment. PGY2 experience in either Psychiatric Pharmacy or Ambulatory Care Pharmacy & related board certification preferred as well.
