Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Pharmacist I for the Pharmacy Department at Hackettstown Medical Center to work varies shift, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- Reviews patient profiles
- Dispenses medications
- Checking of medications prepared by technicians for patients
- ADM and floor stock areas
- Prepare sterile compounds and chemotherapy
- Clinical information and patient information
- Good customer service
- Comfort in patient counseling and medication reconciliation
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Graduate from accredited US Pharmacy school or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 1+ years of pharmacist experience is a plus
License/Certification:
- Active NJ license
