Coordinate the maintenance of a cost-effective formulary by drug evaluation, overseeing the buyers at each hospital, and staff and physician education. Work with other clinical managers and coordinators to assure quality pharmacy services. Coordinate the pharmacy intern / extern / doctorate student program. Has 24 hour on-call responsibility and assists with budget preparation and monitoring.What You Bring/Job Requirements:​In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 3 years as a clinical pharmacist * Understanding of the components of a clinical service* Experience in formulary management (i.e., P&T, MUE, and ADR reporting programs) * Teaching experience such as that obtained during a Pharm.D., residency program, BCPS or other advanced pharmacy certification. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams; management and communication skills * Education or experience in utilizing continuous quality improvement methods, employee relations, team coaching, and self-directed work teams.* Pharmacy Doctorate, requiredMedium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantlyYour Connected Community:​When people and places align, incredible things happen.
