All applicants must have, at minimum, either a PGY1 Residency or at least a year of experience in a Joint Commission Accredited Hospital and have demonstrated leadership abilities, whether that be in an official capacity or otherwise. Ideal applicants will already hold hospital pharmacy leadership experience and will have completed a PGY2 in Pharmacy Administration. Additional leadership experience along with a current WI license is preferred but not required to be considered.
