This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great community and hospital. We are seeking a Pharmacist who would like to focus on Transition of care consulting on customized medication treatments/ medication reconciliation. The schedule will include a 4 day week via 10-hour shifts. This position pays quite well offering a $10K Sign-on Bonus and a salary that can range to the $200Ks based on experience, plus a 10% differential.

From $115000.00 to $160000.00 annual
Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications. You may also be eligible to receive other taxable and non-taxable earnings, reimbursements, and benefits in addition to hourly rates. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
