Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to work full-time at its McMillan clinic.
The Family Medicine providers at the McMillan clinic are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. Our core values - reverence, commitment to those who are poor, justice, stewardship, and integrity - are key to our continued success at putting those we serve at the center of all we do.
McMillan is well-established with 12 exam rooms and two procedure rooms. The clinic has lab draw and waived lab processing and digital X-Ray services on site. The clinic utilizes EPIC as an EMR.
Support: 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; ED; multiple community family medicine clinics, and Urgent Cares; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach.
Schedule: Traditional clinic work week M-F; practice call is shared with SAMG FM physicians (currently 1:30)
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;
- Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment;
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
