Learn more at www.multicarejobs.orgPosition Summary:The Pharmacist Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and audit compliance with medication use policies and procedures related to the delivery of pharmacy services to the MultiCare Medical Group; for providing leadership and support to MMG in the area of pharmaceutical care and development of clinical programs; and for performing all duties of a staff pharmacist. This is a senior level staff position working under limited supervision. Work situations vary from staff duties to entry level administrative functions and requires precision, attention to detail, a service oriented individual, discretion, good judgement, decision making within the scope of the position responsibilities, and leadership.Minimum Requirements:Two years experience in hospital pharmacy practice, or completion of ASHP accredited hospital pharmacy residency.Education/Licenses/Certifications:Graduate of an accredited college or school of pharmacy. Licensed pharmacist in the state of Washington. Completion of an ASHP accredited hospital pharmacy residency.
