IU Health at Ball Memorial Hospital, located in Muncie, seeks an Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join their growing team of physicians and advanced providers.

Position Highlights

  • Collaborative culture and supportive leadership/administration
  • 100% outpatient 
  • Open to a hybrid in-person/virtual model (must reside in IN)
  • Full or part time position
  • No call, no weekends
  • Clinic schedule Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
  • No requirement for procedures but ECT available for trained physicians if desired
  • Faculty appointment available: teaching opportunities with medical students and residents (not required)
  • Career development opportunities
  • Optional: Medical Directorship (based on experience) or interest/ability to grow into Medical Directorship within 1 to 2 years

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
  • New grad or practicing physician
  • Licensed in Indiana or eligible to obtain 
  • Visa sponsorship available; H-1B

Compensation Details:

  • We offer a strong compensation model with guarantee period, and opportunity for productivity bonus
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation, CME
