Providence Medical Group's Central Point clinic is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its well-established Primary Care facility in southern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly productive and robust clinic with a patient-centered medical home model offering a multitude of on-site health services, including, an Urgent Care, Physical therapy, X-ray, MRI, lab, integrated behavioral health department, anticoagulation clinic, pharmacy and ultrasound.
