SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to manage and direct the clinical pharmacy services, pharmacy education and staff development services, Penn State Hershey Medical Center drug use policies and Formulary, the Pharmacy Practice Residency Program, and the Employee Medication Management Clinic. Also responsible to manage affiliations with Schools of Pharmacy and coordinate the pharmacy student clerkship programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD plus seven (7) years job related experience required or ASHP accredited residency plus five (5) years job related experience required. 

Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required
