WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join us at our Franciscan Physician Network Hammond Clinic located in Munster, IN.  This busy, established practice currently includes five physicians, an advanced practice provider with RN and MA support.  This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patient-centric care, high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.    

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Office Schedule: Monday & Thursday, 8:00 a.m. â“ 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m.

• Provider to work 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours admin time

• One evening per week required

• Potential for four-day work week

• Average outpatient volume: 20 â“ 25 patients per day with 20- and 40-minute visits

• Office call only

• Strong mentorship opportunities and ability to collaborate with other physicians

• Practice located in large multi-specialty building

• Radiology, lab and retail pharmacy located onsite

• PT and Urgent Care also located within the building

• ACO embedded into practice

• Strong specialty network throughout the region
