SHIFT: Rotating Schedule, Days/Evenings (every other weekend and holiday requirement)

SCHEDULE: Full-time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Pharmacy Technician will assist in preparing, packaging, delivering, and charging of medication orders, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Includes the preparation of chemotherapy and hazardous drugs.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Certification
• IV certification highly desired
• Hospital experience preferred
