We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions, and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

This position is for our new site in Sandy, Oregon.

Working Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, (will change depending on each site) 40 hours. NO NIGHTS / NO WEEKENDS.

Location: 39740 Pleasant Street. Sandy, OR 97055

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
• Reviewing inventory for outdate products and disposing of them properly
• Deliver prescription to facilities to in the area

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED
• Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• PTCB
• 6 months of Pharmacy experience
• 6 months to customer service experience
