Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacists in the Pharmacy department at Overlook Medical Center.

Essential Functions:

Job Function: 01. Supervision of Staff: supervises the dispensing of all medications, including robotic cart fill, cabinet based dispensing
functions and ensuring clean room procedures are maintained.

Job Function: 02. Scheduling: Coordinates all pharmacy personnel scheduling to provide 24 hour service. This includes creative
problem solving and rearrangement of positions during short staff situations.

Job Function: 03. Staff Orientation: Performs orientation of employees in all Job Functions and requirements listed on the orientation
checklist. Completes documentation and 3 month evaluation. Continues to meet w ith employees to discuss issues and promote
advancement.

Job Function: 04. Staff Evaluations: Actively participates in annual evaluations and w orks w ith employees throughout the year
handling performance and discipline issues.

Job Function: 05. Staff Education: Provides continual training and cross training to employees on new Job Functions and technology.
Informs staff of new and/or upcoming programs and promotes participation.

Job Function: 06. Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrates know ledge of standards and regulations and maintains proper
documentation. Assures readiness w ith all regulatory agencies and compliance w ith department, hospital, and AHS policies and
procedures. Assists in the documentation, implementation, and monitoring of medication and patient safety initiatives.

Job Function: 07. Commitee Participation: Attends meetings and/or committees as a representative for pharmacy and pharmacy
interests.

Job Function: 08. Pharmacy Initiatives: Functions as a staff Pharmacist, supports and actively participates in department and AHS
initiatives. Assists w ith department financial management activities. Seeks opportunities to w ork independently on projects and takes
on new responsibilities.

Job Function: 09. Specialty: Central Lead - Maintains smooth operations and w orkflow in pharmacy. IV Lead - Maintains smooth
operations and w orkflow in the <797> clean room and oncology center. Information Technology Lead - Maintains smooth operations
and w orkflow in techology and computer related issues.

Job Function: 10. Teamw ork. Supports the departmental goals as a team player by assisting staff members and being flexible in roles
and responsibilities. Complies w ith departmental coverage guidelines. Actively supports the Atlantic Health strategic goals. Supports
cross campus communications and sharing of best practices.

Other Tasks W hich May be Required: Typing, familiar w ith W ord and Excel are preferred. Is available off shift for consultation

Education:

Required and/or Education/Experience: Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Current active registration and licensure with the State of New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.

Qualifications / Requirements:

2 + years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
