You Will Be Responsible For:
Supports the Director, Organizational Integration and Campus Experience in a leadership capacity with planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
Provides and promotes a culture of excellent customer service to all team members, visitors and guests of the corporate campus.
Actively identifies opportunities for improved campus efficiencies, a better team member/visitor experience and process improvement, then manages and implements solutions.
Establishes and maintains close partnerships with Facilities Management, Campus Supply Chain, Campus Communication and Cafeteria teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and a seamless end-to-end campus experience.
Oversees vendor partners who provide employee services such as dry cleaning to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Manages policies and procedures for front desk operations, visitor management and meeting rooms on corporate campus, including reservations, meeting room set-ups and working out conflicting priorities
Maintains clear knowledge and understanding of all corporate campus policies, processes and procedures to effectively communicate and uphold expectations prioritizing safety, security and compliance with required programs.
Manages the structure and recording of the automated attendant messages
Reviews monthly dashboard data and provides analysis to address trends, gaps and actions plans to leadership
Maintains the organization of the employee services closet to ensure cleanliness and ease of access to resource.
Exhibits tact and diplomacy in resolving conflicts, both interdepartmentally and across the campus
Recruits, trains, and manages the campus experience team in a manner that aligns with the culture of the organization and communicates openly and frequently with team.
Actively maintains the front desk coverage schedule, accounting for vacation coverage, clearly communicating shifts, breaks and necessary adjustments with the team ensuring limited gaps in service
Builds relationships with corporate campus team members to establish rapport and trust.
Appropriately escalates issues and questions as they arise to leadership.
What You Will Need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in front desk or customer service positions
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or other related field
This role will lead and oversee a team of six experience coordinators supporting the corporate campus buildings.
The Manager of Campus Experience will lead and facilitate the smooth flow of business and the overall experience of team members and visitors to the AdventHealth corporate campus. This individual will manage our corporate concierge services, including front desk operations, visitor management, meeting room needs and triage ad hoc team member requests as needed. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of experience coordinators across multiple locations who provide the first interaction with guests, visitors and team member at the corporate campus, and therefore is responsible for maintaining the general impression and a culture of excellent customer service. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining systems and procedures for meeting room usage and booking, phone systems, distribution lists and other general campus procedures and will partner closely cross-discipline with other departments for day-to-day campus needs.
