The Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Program facility, also known as the Domiciliary, is comprised of 64 beds incorporating 4 programs: PTSD Program through Veterans Intensive PTSD (VIP), Addiction Treatment Program, Back-to-work/Homeless Program and General Domiciliary Pain Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: accountable for direct care to a defined group of patients for his/her shift accountable for specific nursing duties such as medications, vital signs and participating in groups as assigned may be assigned responsibility as a preceptor to staff/trainees or charge nurse Work Schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., rotating weekends. Financial Disclosure Report: Not required Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases. Paid Time Off: Annual leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per biweekly pay period; Sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per biweekly pay period; 10 paid Federal holidays per year. Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years' vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA. Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement).
