Job Summary:
The IR Radiology Tech is responsible for performing the appropriate skills and techniques necessary during the cardiovascular procedure under the scope of practice. The IR Radiology Tech has the responsibility of identifying and maintain patient safety as it relates to radiation exposure and safety. Position rotates between scrub, monitor and circulator. This position requires taking call and ability if called to be at the hospital within 30 minutes
Essential Duties:
Qualifications: License/Certifications:
Current California license, CRT and AART, Current California Fluoroscopy license. Current BLS, ACLS.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Education:
Degree from and accredited Radiologic Technologist school and current ARRT licensure and CRT. Minimum
Experience: At least 2 years working in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology Suite
