We work closely with you to create a care plan that meets your unique needs. Our treatment services include: Blood and marrow transplantation, Chemotherapy and biologic therapy, Clinical research trials, Genetic counseling and testing, Interventional radiology, and Radiation therapy. At Banner University Medical Center Tucson, you'll also benefit from our integrative services. These services are available to support your whole health during and after your cancer treatment . This position will support our lung, head, and neck team. We are looking for an Oncology experienced RN to join our department. This position will coordinate with our clinic providers and pharmacy, to ensure we have the correct authorization and orders, and all other administrative back room coordination functions. They will also support our patient education. POSITION SUMMARY 9.Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Interacts with other health care providers in numerous settings in order to report and ask for or clarify information. Also works with clergy to provide spiritual support. Synthesizes and prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the human response of the patient and family to changes in health status.
