We are seeking a 340B expert to join our Solutions Team! Great Opportunity with 60-80% travel.
As a full time exempt, Senior Consultant with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services' 340B Solutions Team you will provide 340B expertise to lead and support CPS’ Pharmacy Solutions consulting engagements and other 340B related initiatives. Working with CPS senior leadership, divisional leadership and other subject matter experts, the Senior Consultant supports ongoing development and execution of division-specific strategies, provides active consultation and functional Pharmacy Solutions (PS) team support. PS consulting services includes on-site assessment, analysis and reporting of the client’s 340B operations to ensure that legal, regulatory, and operational requirements are met. Duties of the Senior Consultant may include oversight of the regulatory aspects of the engagement, deliverables and other project management activities
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy; advanced degree preferred
A Pharmacist license in good standing
5+ years of recent hospital pharmacy leadership experience with 340B (both operational and oversight)
Experience analyzing 340B operations and practices; then making recommendations for improvements
Experience with 340B regulatory compliance for hospitals, contract pharmacies, FQHC, and other 340B eligible locations
Expert knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations related to 340B and associated billing practices
Experience with 340B split billing software, Third Party Administrator software and experience with at least one electronic medical record system.
Ability to pass a company Motor vehicle (MVR) background check
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, includes MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Self-directed and ability to work independently
Ability to lead and constructively influence others
