In conjunction with and under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the 340B program Coordinator is responsible for the 340B Program integrity. Responsible for the day to day management, compliance review and operations of the 340B Program. This includes but is not limited to regularly performing audits for internal and external pharmacies, compiling reports, program education, team competence and building relationships with internal and external pharmacies.
