Responsibilities/Job Description
The Outreach Scheduling and Onboarding Coordinator position is a division of the central scheduling team. This agent will support the central scheduling team as well as engage in supporting outreach campaigns. Onboarding campaigns consist of calling new insurance plan members that use Fairview Networks, welcome them to the plan, review network access, and assist in patient scheduling as needed. Other outreach campaigns include calling patients who are overdue for their preventative health screening.
