Work Hours/Shift:

  • Full-time Days, Monday-Friday

 

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and interprets quality metrics and measures using a variety of data analysis techniques
  • Payor perception management- insurance portal management, value-based care assistance for AHMG
  • Assists with closing care gaps, completing CDI forms, and assisting with PHSO measures up to and including patient calls to gather information
  • Designs, develops, implements, and maintains clinical quality reporting including the Hospital Based Services Quality Dashboard
  • Implements monitoring programs to provide feedback to and partner with providers on physician initiatives as well as process improvement
  • Assists in the assessment and evaluation of new processes related to computer systems, clinical documentation and physician initiatives
  • Works with all hospital-based providers, medical directors and operations directors to educate on policies/procedures and process workflows to ensure consistency with clinical information system functionality and quality programs
  • Partner with Hospital quality managers to support patient care improvement, process improvement and align strategies.
  • Partner with Hospital clinical informatics to help support appropriate documentation captures
  • Work synergistically with all member of the AHMG Nursing informatics (Quality and Clinical Informatics) and hospital based teams on various projects 
  • Serves as Project Lead as appointed by AHMG Executive Leaders
  • All other duties as assigned within the scope of existing credentials

 

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Associates degree in Healthcare related field or 5 years comparable relevant experience

· Certified or Licensed Healthcare Professional (RN, LPN, CMA)

  • Licensed or Certified Healthcare Professional, with at least three years of clinical experience in a health care facility and experience with computerized clinical documentation.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems and knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Experience with Cerner or Epic system and Power Insight Preferred

 

Job Summary:

The Quality Analyst -Hospital Based Services to Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG) Hospital Based Service Providers; assists with the development of process workflows, monitors metrics/tools, develops policies and procedures, analyzes data, and supports quality measures.  This position is responsible for the implementation, support and monitoring of various physician related initiatives and information systems including the coordination and education of Quality Initiatives for our Hospital Based AHMG Providers.  The quality analyst for our hospital-based services is tasked with identifying inefficiencies in healthcare delivery services and solutions for re-engineering systems to improve access, quality and cost of care.  This position will partner with the AHMG practice quality team as well as the hospital quality staff to find solutions to improvement initiatives.
