Reconciles & enters all patient charges/credits timely & accurately into for charges/credits not auto-generated
Accurately verifies entries of the hospital controlled substance administration records and communicates discrepancies to the personnel involved
Keeps supervisor informed of unresolved late discrepancies .
Maintains and files controlled substance administration records.
Accurately files records based on regulatory requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

C. Preferred Skills and Abilities: Typing skills of 30 WPM; good communication skills, both verbal and written. Some knowledge of medical terminology and names of medications.
