The Fairview Specialty and Mail Order pharmacy also holds multiple accreditations from The Joint Commission and URAC, including being one of only two pharmacies who has been designated by URAC as a Rare Disease Center of Excellence.

As a Supervisor in the Customer Service Center, you would be an essential part of the Specialty and Mail Order Pharmacy team, focusing on delivering the world-class customers service that this pharmacy is known for while collaborating with all members of the team to achieve quality, performance and financial goals .

Responsibilities/Job Description

Provide day-to-day operational leadership to the pharmacy technician team while partnering with the entire pharmacy leadership team to successfully meet the needs and performance standards of internal and external Fairview partners.

Examples include:

Ensuring appropriate patient care is provided to all customers, deriving new business, implementing and maintaining safety standards.

Human Resource responsibilities such as hiring and orientation, performance management, training and development, continuing education activities, scheduling and workload distribution.

Participating in process improvement activities, providing suggestions, solutions and analyzing new opportunities.

Maintaining and monitoring the productivity level of the staff to maximize efficiency, assure adequate staffing levels, and control costs.

Acting as an escalation point and key resource, mentoring and troubleshooting to ensure high levels of service are provided to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Required:

Two years of previous pharmacy technician experience and be registered or to become registered with the MinnesotaBoard of Pharmacy.

Preferred:

College graduate (Associates or Bachelors)
