We have an opening to join HSHS Medical Group and our growing team of intensivists at HSHS St. John’s Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Springfield, Illinois - 3 hours from Chicago. HSHS Medical Group is part of a large, financially strong Hospital Sisters Health System where Physician Leadership is widespread and encouraged.
Highlights of the opportunity are as follows:
Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center
12-hour in-house shift-based schedule
146 shifts per year for full time
Opportunity for additional shifts paid at a premium rate
45 bed ICU with excellent sub-specialty support
4 Rounders + admitter w/ average census of 10-12 pts/day

Additional Salary Information: Extremely competitive per shift rate plus an additional productivity bonus. Extra shifts (over 146 per year) are optional and paid at around 20% more incentive rate.
