Summary
Knowledgeable and efficient in use of Order Communication System, Electronic Patient File, ED computerized log maintenance and statistics, and discharge instructions.Maintains responsibility for accurate transcription of physicians� orders, processing paper work, maintaining records and supplies, and handling communications in order to provide a more effective and organized patient care area.Displays superior customer service skills with all customers: Physicians, hospital staff, patients and families. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Healthcare provider BLS.Must possess certificate of completion of EKG Arrhythmia course, must pass EKG/Arrhythmia Exam prior to hire and annually thereafter.
