This position coordinates 340b operations as well as supports inpatient pharmacy business and financial management. Maintains 340b split billing software and formulates the financial objectives for the 340b program, coordinating the monthly and yearly preparation of 340B revenue and financial activity reporting. Works closely with the compliance department and leadership team to maintain compliance with HRSA regulations. Works closely with the Pharmacy Leadership team to develop annual departmental operational budgets and manages financial performance and reporting. Manages the accounts receivable to ensure maximum collection for all transitions as well as accounts payable associated with bill to/ship to wholesale purchases. Other duties will be assigned as needed.
Qualifications: • Four-year degree in business, accounting, finance, hospital administration, or equivalent experience with a previous hospital background required. • Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred. • Must have 1-3 years' experience and a working knowledge of third party reimbursement and demonstrated competence in developing or improving computerized billing and collection systems. • Highly developed skills in problem solving, organization, and database management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
