Full Time - Days
You Will Be Responsible For:
Knowledge of office policies and procedures and insurance billing and collections.
Oversees clerical and clinical staff, trains new employees on how to perform a variety roles within the medical office.
Supervise patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collections, data entry and processing, and cash posting.
Oversees daily cash and reconciliations, verifies deposits and follows upon past due balances.
Ensure patient satisfaction, rounds with patients in the waiting room and assists with any questions or complaints.
Track inventory, submit supply requests, manages invoicing and reviews packages upon receipt.
Submit supply request forms to Administration
Oversees Office Budget and manages accordingly
Maintain various logs and ensure they are submitted to the proper team member
Keeps track of Hospital/Surgery Log
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, other practices, and the hospital employees.
Develops and assists with marketing plans for the medical practice.
Ability to organize work, making assignments and achieving goals, objectives and deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both writing and verbally
What You Will Need:
Associate Degree and 1 year related experience OR 3 years related experience
Manages a Medical Clinic of one or more physicians. Responsible to guide, instruct and lead each employee to complete their daily duties accurately and in a timely manner. Able to communicate between, staff, physicians, administration, and outside sources as needed. Flexible to learning knew processes, systems, and training staff as needed.
