The Neurosciences Service Line Administrator will work collaboratively with the group/market leadership and the hospital CEOs to establish transformative service line growth strategies, develop operational plans and drive execution. The administrator will evolve the service line in a manner that best fits the strategic imperatives of the company which will aim to deliver outstanding patient outcomes, grow volumes and increase revenues.

The administrator will work with company leaders to develop a strategically oriented, consumer first culture, enhance the company�s strategic position to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the service line, leverage systemness, and optimize physician engagement utilizing a dyad leadership model.

The service line administrator position requires a master�s degree or five years of equivalent job related experience. The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in the field with proven abilities in navigating complex healthcare systems, developing high performance teams, strategic and business planning, driving execution, developing successful business relationships and delivering outcomes.

The service line administrator position requires Bachelors of Science, Nursing Degree. The candidate must have five years of equivalent job related experience. The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in the field with proven abilities in navigating complex healthcare systems, developing high performance teams, strategic and business planning, driving execution, developing successful business relationships and delivering outcomes.

State of Florida RN Licensure is preferred.
