The 340B Pharmacy Program Manager is responsible for managing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the 340B program, policies and procedures, and 340B activities. Will serve as the project manager for audits and compliance in the 340B program for BIDMC covered entity, along with establishing a relationship and acting as an expert reference for BIDMC affiliates. The Program Manager will also be responsible for monitoring changes in government program requirements and designing changes to the 340B program as necessary along with the education and development of 340B stakeholders at BIDMC. This position will report indirectly to the Pharmacy Director for Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Healthcare required.
5-8 years related work experience required and 1-3 years supervisory/management experience required
Prior 340B Program experience.
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
