The Pharmacy 340B Program Coordinator is responsible for 340B compliance, program integrity, and financial optimization of the program within the covered entity (ies). Duties include program management and coordination, configuration and maintenance of software systems, and providing support for the daily operations of the covered entity to maintain compliant 340B practices. The 340B Program Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring continuous alignment between covered entity operations and 340B Policies and Procedures. The coordinator must establish and maintain excellent customer service relations with individuals, committees, and other associated stakeholders in the 340B Program.
4 year Bachelor’s Degree Specialty/Major: Business, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmaceuticals Sciences
Preferred: 340B University Certificate, Enrolled in 340B Advanced Operations Certificate
2+ years in business or health care analyst position, pharmacy business manager, or 340B Coordinator/Manager/Related role (experienced in understanding, following, and enforcing regulations, policies, and procedures and other compliance standards)
