340B Health has an immediate opening for an Administrative Coordinator/ Office Manager at our growing non-profit health care trade association. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Human Resources.
The person at this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the legal and policy department as well as being the Office Manager.
Administrative Support for Legal and Policy Department
Schedule and log technical assistance calls for members with the division including coordinating meetings; composing and editing e-mail correspondence; and maintaining contacts in iMIS and Outlook.
Generate monthly reports using iMIS software
Submit reimbursements and manage expense reports for division as needed;
Review invoices for accuracy
Provide copy-edit on key departmental documents, slides, articles, and letters
Attend conferences and provide registration support and room monitoring
Other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Attend two annual Conferences
Bachelor’s degree or higher
One year of experience in an office setting (including relevant internships);
Strong skills in MS Office and use of computer software programs;
Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills
Limited travel required but must help staff our annual national conference in California.
