The Human Resources Manager provides on-going Human Resources oversight and consultation to IPM CBO (CORE).Â Provides support to the leadership team and staff concerning all areas of human resources, including: performance management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, salary and wage administration, benefit administration, workerâ€™s compensation, leave management, unemployment administration, payroll administration, orientation and onboarding. Develops, maintains, and delivers education initiatives including management training.
