Maintains compliance in all areas, including relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards related to the federal 340B drug purchase program and mitigating risk across the pharmacy enterprise. Participates in creating and implementing program improvements. Ensures compliant purchasing and billing practices as well as, maintaining policies and procedures. Works closely with the pharmacy buyers and others to purchase eligible pharmaceuticals. Develops and presents periodic and annual reports on 340B savings, problem areas and exceptions or discrepancies to the Controller and Director of Pharmacy.
