South Coast Community Services has a Program Supervisor position available in our General Mental Health department providing services to our adult population. You will provide effective program and administrative supervision, training, and support to program staff in the Redlands/Yucaipa area.
As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of the Program’s operation. You will provide effective program operation, supervision, training and support to the program staff and ensure quality assurance for contract compliance. You will offer clinical and behavioral guidance and feedback for providers. You will also track program progress, audit services and attend stakeholder meetings. You will be responsible for program’s completion of all related documentation and provide practical training to staff to ensure productivity, timeliness of documentation and correct charting. In addition, you will engage community partners to build collaborative professional relationships.
What you will do:
Oversee and implement the behavioral health services as proposed to stakeholders by SCCS.
Provide ongoing training and staff development.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation requiring Program Supervisor’s signature and/or
Review and prepare staff performance evaluations and write-ups
Facilitate quality assurance procedures for program
Complete clinical quality assurance spot check of charts and documentation on a regularly scheduled
Ensure that program staff meet set productivity standards
Attend all required and assigned meetings with County and Community Partners.
Participate in mandatory trainings and committees and ensure that staff attends mandatory trainings.
Maintain accountability to all Policies and Procedures, required documentation and monthly reports.
Responsible for the overall implementation, and maintenance of the program’s quality.
Public relations are managed in a professional and positive manner with outside agencies as assigned.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Master’s Degree in Psychology, MFT, Social Work, Counseling or other related field.
LCSW/MFT/LP - current BBS license required.
Minimum of one-year management experience or supervisory experience over staff who provide direct behavioral health services.
Experience with Electronic Health Records and Excel preferred.
