Blends Human Resource (HR) expertise with project management skills, to lead, plan, organize, and implement a wide variety of HR projects and systems to support strategic decisions, programs and initiatives. Assumes responsibility for projects from original concept through final implementation. Leads the processes for collecting, analyzing, managing and interpreting HR data across multiple HR functions. Manages position control function and staff. Understands the technology needs of the department and works to provide the required system, analytics, reports and training. Performs data analysis to identify trends to assist with management decisions. Serves as the Project Manager for various HR System Implementation to ensure successful delivery of HRIS solutions. Manages multiple projects with varying deadlines while remaining focused on producing quality results in a timely manner.
Must have a Bachelor's or higher level degree from an accredited college or university Four (4) years of full-time work experience working with Human Resource Information Systems, required (must provide official transcripts at time of interview)

Prior experience implementing technology solutions / systems to support Human Resource functions (i.e. HRIS, Case Management, ATAS etc.).
Prior experience working with an application tracking application system (ATAS), i.e. Taleo, Brassring, PeopleSoft
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
