CHAN Healthcare is growing! We have three newly created, exciting, full-time career opportunities for 340B Audit & Consulting Managers. In this role, you will be a part of our national Internal Audit and Risk Consulting team and will support a variety of clients. This position will work remotely and travel as needed.
The 340B Audit & Consulting Manager position is responsible for program consulting and independent audit services, providing accurate and conclusive reports/deliverables to clients and CHAN senior management. Your expertise will be key in advising clients on a variety of areas including 340B practices, relevant healthcare regulations and compliance, industry trends and process/internal control best practices. Building client relationships and providing high quality solutions for which we are known is an important element of this role. The 340B Audit & Consulting Manager is also responsible for providing input to business development initiatives with existing and potential clients and serves as catalysts to grow CHAN’s competitive advantage, reputation and presence in the healthcare industry.

Bachelor’s degree; related area preferred.
Holds an approved certification such as an Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate, CIA or other applicable/approved certification; or working toward obtaining a certification within two years of assuming position.
Five years audit or consulting experience, understanding of an engagement based environment a plus.
Strong experience with 340B audit and/or consulting.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to look at the big picture and assess local and global impact.
Executive presence; including strong verbal and written communications skills.
Delivers work products consistently with high quality.
Strong technical skills, experience with spreadsheets, databases and an automated audit work. paper system preferred; experience with project management is a plus.
Travel up to 50%.
