Provides analysis of financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff. Coordinates the 340B program. Completes assignments that are broad in nature. May be assigned several components of a project. Exercises judgment to solve complex problems. Impacts quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Serves as first point of contact for all program issues.
Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources. Prepares reports based on findings, including health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, and revenue and profitability.
Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
Maintains fiduciary responsibility which encompasses multiple departments.
Works closely with the third party billing company.
Reviews pharmacy practices and IT reports.
Coordinates annual registration at the completion of the Medicare cost report.
Performs or coordinates required continuous monitoring and/or auditing practices.
Stays up to date with any changes to the program requirements.
Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 3-8 years of progressive experience in a related field required.
