This position reports to the Vice President, Client Services, and will be responsible for managing client relationships with PSG’s health system clients who are using PSG’s 340B solutions, including 340b administration pharmacy management services. Responsibilities will include client service and support. Specific functions include:
Client relationship ownership and management with a focus on client retention and superior service
Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) documentation for assigned accounts
Client contract administration/management
Serve as client-facing subject matter expert on pharmacy supply chain operations including 340B program administration
Support client implementations and ongoing service
Serve as primary PSG point of contact for client and the “voice of the client” to internal partners and external vendors
Become an expert on PSG’s internal technology and reporting capabilities
Coordinate internal work teams to execute service delivery and issue resolution
Develop and present client deliverables
Perform basic analytics related to client program performance
Review and manage client program performance relative to PSG/client expectations
Monitor PSG billing activity related to assigned account to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Stay abreast of industry development in 340B drug pricing and pharmacy program management
With support of manager, upsell other PSG services
Complete annual HIPPA training and understand all HIPAA and HITECH requirements including protection of Personal Health Information (PHI) and execute data management responsibilities with MAN (minimum amount necessary) of PHI to perform required duties.
Implement and comply with all security, confidentiality and privacy requirements of PSG’s Business Associates Agreements (BAAs) with healthcare providers
Comply with all PSG policies and procedures including protection of PSG’s assets, data security, confidentiality, privacy, and processing integrity
Experience with 340B drug pricing program
Knowledge of 340B, PBM industry or pharmacy services required
Preferred background of 2-5 years as an account executive with a 340B administrator, 340B-related business, drug wholesaler, or PBM
College degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with extensive experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
Self-directed worker, must be efficient in at-home remote work environment
